Carton Boxes / Corrugated Box
A Corrugated Carton Box is a type of packaging made from corrugated material. The corrugated material consists of two layers of liner board (made from kraft liner paper) joined together with one layer of flute (a wavy layer made from medium paper) in the middle.

The wavy paper layer in the middle of cardboard, commonly referred to as Flute/Fluting, is an element in corrugated cardboard that determines its strength, such as stacking strength, impact resistance, and suitability for specific needs.
The types of flutes vary based on their thickness and the number of flutes used. Generally, the larger the flute (e.g., A/F and B/F), the greater its strength and resistance to pressure, while smaller flutes (e.g., D/F and E/F) are easier to print on and fold.

Types of Corrugated Boxes

It consists of three layers of paper (3-ply): two liners (outer and inner) bonded with a corrugated medium (flute), with a total thickness of 3-5mm.

It consists of five layers of paper (5-ply): three liners (outer, middle, and inner) bonded with two corrugated mediums (flutes) in between, with a total thickness of up to 7mm.

It consists of seven layers of paper (7-ply): four liners (outer, middle, and inner-middle) bonded with three corrugated mediums (flutes) in between, with a total thickness of up to 10mm.

Thickness of Boxes:
Determines how how well it protects its contents inside, how well it survives shipping, and how much it costs to ship. The right thickness depends on the type of items being shipped, and the conditions they'll be traveling in.
Differences Kraft and White Kraft:
Color:
Kraft has a brownish and darker color on the interior and exterior of the box. Kraft, has a white color on its exterior, while on the interior it has a brownish darker color.
Strengths :
Kraft is a stronger material than White Kraft due to its minimal chemical processing, longer fibers, and less bleaching involved in its production process, meanwhile White Kraft's production involves more chemical processing, shorter fibers, and bleaching to achieve the look and texture of the material.
Eco-Friendliness:
Kraft is more Eco Friendly than White Kraft due to less chemical processing, stronger and more durable material that allows it to be used multiple times, easier recycle process, the materials its made from which can be renewable materials, and the materials ability to be biodegradable & compostable. Meanwhile White Kraft in its production involves more chemicals, less durable material, a bit more complicated recycle process, materials its made from are not always recyclable materials, and the materials its made from is not always biodegradable & compostable.

Corrugated Carton Boxes offer a variety of paper types that can be tailored to the user's needs. Some commonly used types of paper include:
- Brown Kraft : Minimal processing, making it more resource-efficient and eco-friendly.
- White Kraft: Bleaching process using eco-friendly agents like chlorine dioxide or hydrogen peroxide.
